This fabric is sold by the panel. A stretch rayon jersey with velvet appliqued on top in a traditional damask pattern. This mimics velvet burnout but allows an opaque base fabric. This fabric is a great place to let your creativity shine through! With good elasticity and drape, make stylish dresses, tops, skirts, and bottoms.
